Managing Director - Nick Sutton

Initially Nick trained as an accountant and member of the institute of taxation with Arthur Andersen.

Subsequently he worked for a Middle Eastern bank and set up Crown Dilmun, a property development company, for them. Nick also become the first developer to build a serviced apartment business in the UK. This serviced apartment company sold its portfolio into a joint venture with the Ascott Group of Singapore who have over 9,000 serviced apartments for £150m in 2001.

In 2002 Nick left Crown Dilmun to concentrate on the company he co-founded with his wife Ayse - the Imperial Property Co. Today Imperial Property Company has several major projects underway from residential and commercial developments to hotels.

Nick relaxes by watching Chelsea Football club where he is a season ticket holder, golf, shooting, skiing and spending quality time with his family.
